Repeal the 2005 Constitutional Reform Act to abolish the Supreme Court, rejecting the French idea of the separation of powers.

Restore Parliament as the supreme arbiter of law in the United Kingdom, by reintroducing the Law Lords. Power should be with the people's representatives.

Restore the full responsibilities of the Lord Chancellor, including the power to appoint judges, speaker of the House of Lords, and head of the judiciary in England and Wales.
​
The modern Judicial Appointments Commission should be abolished to enable the Lord Chancellor to exercise the constitutional power wrestled from them under Blair.
